What to expect at Mountain Magic

You will have many choices during this resort dance weekend. Your weekend VIP ticket includes free All-Star Workshops (WCS, Hustle, NC2 and more; beginner through advanced), many hours of open dancing in 2 non-smoking Ballrooms, our traditional complimentary Friday Welcome Party, and a Hospitality Suite Saturday & Sunday mornings (serving an assortment of continental breakfast items, coffee, tea, and juice). There are also Special Topic Seminars and as assortment of dance contests in which to participate or just sit back and watch the show. (contest fees extra).

Make this an exciting dance vacation and plan to come early for our New Thursday Early Bird Dance then stay over and join us for our very fun Sunday Evening “After-Party” in the Horizon Aspen Lounge. It’s been said that “this party is one of the highlights of the weekend”. In addition to all the options above, you can explore other activities like golf, tennis, hiking, and biking plus visit the many neighboring casinos, restaurants, and shows available. Whatever you select, you are certain to have a most enjoyable time in this beautiful mountain-resort setting. Enterprise Car Rental is located in the Horizon lobby if you’d like to drive around & go sightseeing. Lake Tahoe is the perfect getaway for both dancers & non-dancers alike.

The Horizon Resort and Casino
This wonderful facility located in the “heart of South Lake Tahoe” and 3 blocks from the Lake offers a full casino, an 8-plex movie theater, shops, fitness center, outdoor hot tubs, and the Aspen Lounge featuring music & dancing. Dine at your leisure with a choice of Josh's Fine Dining, Town Square Dinner Buffet, 24-hour Four Seasons Restaurant, or 24-hour Room Service … plus a Starbucks Coffee in the hotel lobby. *Nevada Clean Air Act 2007, smoking is only allowed on the casino floor.

Lake Tahoe offers so many things to see and do ... it's the perfect getaway for both dancers and non-dancers alike. Enterprise Car Rental desk is located in the Horizon if you choose to go sightseeing.

VIP Weekend Event Pass: (Friday-Sunday) (includes all workshops & open dancing; contest fees extra)
$100 if postmarked by 10/15/08
$120 at the door
-Junior VIP (17yrs & under) $50 postmarked by 10/15/08; $60 after 10/15/08 & at the door
-Single Day, Evening Only and Thursday Early Bird Dance tickets are available only at the door.

All tickets are held at the door in "Will Call" (it's like having an "Electronic-ticket"). Upon arrival to the event simply go to the event registration desk, present your identification and receive your weekend ticket wristband (wristbands must be worn on wrist for entry to the event). All seating is in Open Seating format... there is no reserved seating. Registration confirmation will be sent by email ... so please include your email address. Your cancelled check or confirmation is your receipt. Returned checks and credit card chargebacks are subject to $25 service fee.
